Product managers learn and practice Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design to develop meaningful products.

BUSINESS IMMERSION
Understood the current day-to-day product development process and challenges within the organization the workshop in order to design the coaching program.

COACHING

Embedded and reviewed what work and what does not in actual practice,

Product Design Coaching For Digital Team

BRI wanted to equipped their Digital team capabilities on research and product development with Design Thinking and UX Design process.
What we did
PHASE 1
DIGITAL UX TRAINING
Conducted 3 days training for the Digital team (15 participant). They were asked to conduct real user research by going out of the building to meet real users.
PHASE 2
SHADOW SOMIA'S DESIGN PROCESS
While Somia was designing BRI’s digital lending platform: Pinang & Ceria, the team shadow our process to absorb the method and knowledge.
PHASE 3
DESIGN COACHING
When they were building the product, Somia coached them on how to conduct usability testing so that they can continue to iterate their Design.
