Beginner or experienced user researchers, design researchers, strategists, public service planners, customer experience & operational specialists or anyone who has basic knowledge about SD and wants to learn its practical application in a real design challenge.
Have the knowledge of human-centered design and service design. If you don't have the prior knowledge in human-centered design, we suggest to take Design Research Skill.
Have taken Somia Service Design Introduction Class or basic Service Design course in other learning institutions. If you don't have the prior knowledge in service design, we suggest to take Introduction to Service Design.
Have prior experience in CX or UX or operations
