Conducting design research could open many insights to make improvements and as a catalyst for creating innovation.

The purpose of this class is to equip you with all of the frameworks and tools to start your own UX / CX design research. By working on a design challenge, the class and the instructors will guide you in planning and conducting your own research, as well as drawing meaningful insights to tell to the stakeholders. This time, you're going to work with a real client for a real project!

Both entry-level and practitioners can benefit from this class.

Interaction Design Immersive

Designed to introduce a fundamental Human-centered Design (HCD) mindset when approaching interaction design projects and deep diving into core interaction design framework and principles. Using real design case studies from Somia Customer Experience consultants, learn how the principles are applied and discuss the key learnings of application for each project.
